Sdihi · How to delete your account and all your data

Delete in the app (fastest — immediate)

1. Open the Sdihi app and tap Me (bottom right)

2. Tap Account → Delete account

3. Confirm: type DELETE and tap the delete button

Everything is removed immediately and permanently: your account, daily cards, collection, chats, palm scans, and subscription records. There is no undo.

Delete by email

You can also request deletion by emailing support@sdihi.com from the address registered to your account. We will process the request and confirm once your data has been removed.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you have the right to access, correct, and erase your data. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (www.privacy.gov.ph). See our Privacy Policy.
