Sdihi is a reflection and entertainment app. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It follows the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and matches our Google Play Data safety declaration.
• Account: your email address and a securely hashed password. We never ask for your full name or phone number.
• Preferences: your birthday (optional — month and day, with year optional) used to calculate your sun sign and power your readings, your chosen theme, and display name — a self-chosen nickname shown on your Palm Match invites.
• Activity: daily card draws, collection progress, streak, and your Babaylan questions & answers.
• Palm readings: after analysis we keep only a downsampled, annotated copy of your palm image — the original photo is deleted immediately after analysis. We also store line scores and monthly snapshots.
• Subscriptions: your plan and referral source, processed through Google Play Billing. We never see or store your card details.
To deliver your readings, sync your journey across devices, and let the Babaylan remember what matters to you. Chat content is processed by our AI service provider solely to generate your answers.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not share your palm images or readings with advertisers. We do not collect your contacts, location, or advertising identifiers.
Readings are AI-assisted reflections for entertainment and self-reflection — not medical, financial, or professional advice. If something feels off, use Report content in Me → Privacy & Data.
Your data is kept while your account is active. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted. Deleting your account removes all of it — see Your rights below.
Under RA 10173 you have the right to access, correct, and erase your data.
• Erasure: in the app: Me → Account → Delete account — immediate, removes everything.
• Access & correction: email us at support@sdihi.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (www.privacy.gov.ph).
Sdihi is for users 18 years old and above only.
If we change this policy we will update this page in the app, and the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes we will notify you in the app before they take effect.
